Fun & Friendly!

I like a good conversation and a good joke (nope.. I don't mind if that means the joke is on me, as long if it's a good laugh for the both of us! :P) I'm a dreamer but also very social. I prefer being outdoor and go hiking, surfing, swimming and going to festivals or just sipping on a nice glass of wine in the sun with my friends.

Studied Civil Engineering and worked as a tender- and project engineer on- and offshore in NL and abroad (on project basis) and as a loss-adjuster with regards to technical claims. Currently tender manager in the maritime industry.

I share my apartment with a Russian cat: she refuses to meow in Dutch and she doesn't pay rent... but I love her anyway! =)

Meeting new people + new adventures = more great memories!
In the end it's all about the memories.

To be more explicit: I travel alone most of the times and sometimes I'm just done with hostels or hotels. It's usually a more personal and interesting experience to be a host or to be hosted in a private setting.

Music: classical music, rock, dance / trance (only on festivals), indie, electro, alternative, latin
Books: prefer non-fiction over fiction
Movies: art-house mainly ... and animation ;-)
