ABOUT ME

Hello, I have just joined CS hearing stories from a friend! I am an Indian, working in Singapore as a marketing manager. Have a big desire to understand why things are the way they are in this world, why people behave the way they do...but overall I am a simple guy who loves what he is doing and enjoys meeting people. Big enthusiasm in life right now is Russian language - which I have been learning for close to 6 months!

Interessen

I like reading, traveling, and spending time with my pals. During traveling, I focus more on cultural, historical places / experiential travels. My last big trip was the Trans Siberian in which I saw quite a few Russian cities, not to mention Mongolia and Beijing. I am looking forward to my second trip to Russia this summer. Other interests include looking up the Atlas, playing board games and listening to music.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Love reading, more books on history / travel of late. Hugely interested in history of Russia and world war II as of now. Current read: 'Russia's empires: from pre-history to Putin'.
Music: Rock (Floyd, Metallica, Coldplay, U2 - you get the idea) and Hindi (from Bollywood)
Movies: The Shawshank Redemption, American Beauty, Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge & Dil Chahta Hai (the two Bollywood movies which defined our generation!)
