About Me
I am Rohit. Your friendly neighborhood solo traveler, expert in finding hidden snacks in foreign places and getting lost in places I will later call “magical.”
I am all about connecting with people from literally every corner of the planet, whether it’s in a mountain hut or a hole-in-the-wall café. I enjoy getting lost in cultures, finding the best food (you can keep your fancy restaurants, I will be over here with the street food), and having random adventures that will make me question my life choices... and then laugh about it!
If you love hiking, discovering quirky spots, or just sharing a laugh over a homemade meal, we are basically best buddy already. I am chill, respectful, and always down to exchange travel stories that are 90% “I can’t believe this happened” and 10% “What was I thinking?
I believe every place has its own magic so let’s bond over ridiculous travel tales, good vibes, and, of course, making memories that will make our future selves cringe with joy!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am on Couchsurfing because I believe travel is about more than just visiting new places, it’s about connecting with the people who make those places special.
I love immersing myself in local cultures, learning from the stories and experiences of others, and making genuine connections along the way. Couchsurfing gives me the chance to meet kindred spirits, share adventures, and create memories that go beyond just sightseeing. It's all about community, spontaneity, and embracing the beauty of human connection.
Interests
I am a huge fan of traveling, hiking, exploring new cities, etc. and I love the idea of spontaneous adventures. I enjoy learning about different cultures, trying local cuisines, and sharing stories with new people.
I love finding ways to incorporate something into my travels which relates with others. I am always up for a good conversation, whether it’s about philosophy, the latest movie, or a shared travel experience.
And when I am not traveling, I enjoy cooking, workout, planting, etc. and I am always looking for new activities to try or skills to learn. My main goal is to experience life fully, meet new people, and enjoy every moment!

What I Can Share with Hosts
If you are looking for a local guide, foodie partner, and a furry companion all in one? Well, you are in luck!
I would love to show you the best hidden spots around the city—think secret cafés, quirky shops, and a few 'locals-only' places that most tourists miss (you know, the good stuff).
If you are into food, I am happy to cook up something traditional or maybe a recipe that involves way too much cheese—because who doesn’t love cheese?
As for accommodation, I have got you covered with a cozy space, and let’s just say, if you are an animal lover, my cat will gladly steal your heart (and maybe a piece of your food). Don’t worry, she is very low maintenance... unless you are wearing socks, in which case, you are on her radar.
If you are cool with a little bit of fur and a lot of love, I promise we will have a blast together!
