ABOUT ME

Me and my wife Victoria left our jobs, got married and embarked for honeymoon round the world. After spending 2 amasing months in Indonesia, we moved to New Zeland and then to Fiji and USA. We are back home and getting used to Europe. Painting walls... :-)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Since we returned to Europe we hosted six people. Well 4 month old Olivia counts too, seven :-)
Everyone who visited us was a great guest! It is nice to welcome home people from different countries, listen to different stories and share experiences.

We surfed other's couches only 6 times. 3x in NZ, once in Fiji and 2x in USA. Maybe pitty we did not do so in Indonesia. It is always great cutural insight to the country and the lives of people who live in different countries.

兴趣

Traveling when and if possible. It took me 11 years working untill I finally said 'enough' and went for a looong holiday. As a student I travelled every summer.

Ethiopia, Mongolia, Indonesia (esp. West papua and Sulawesi) top the list for their original tribes and cultures. Kazakhstan, Georgia are beautifull mountain places. Ladakh in India fits both.
