ABOUT ME

Hi, I am Romain. I'm a 32-year-old french guy.
I fell into the travelling potion when I was a little boy thanks to my parents and other...
I therefore thirst to discover (or rediscover) lots of places, cultures and people from all over the world.
I'm rather a quiet but open-minded guy who likes to laugh, share and have fun with people through activities, parties, diners or just a drink in a pub.

Interests

I like to discover different cultures and ways of life, I enjoy all sorts of cultural activities and travel reports.

I like sport in general, I practised table tennis and handball for several years and now I go to the swimming pool twice a week. I support "The Dragons of Rouen" (my hometown) in my favorite sport : ice hockey!

I learn to dance salsa as well! And now sometimes bachata!

Music, Movies, and Books

I like all kinds of musics : I can jump on the last Guetta single as well as I can relax and meditate on an orchestral or ambient song.
But I usually like rythmic musics with nice tunes and melodies : electro, salsa, pop rock, etc.

I also like all kinds of films, especially action and funny films, and some documentaries as well...

I read a lot of newspapers, magazines, articles here and there, and when I read a book, it's usually a thriller! My favorite author for that is Jean-Christophe Grangé.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Good question... I hope I haven't yet done or seen that thing! But I did and saw some amazing things in the past like travelling one year in Australia and New Zealand with my best friend.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love languages and can teach some french... and I would like to learn some spanish and russian!

I could teach a little bit of salsa as well (one year lessons). I love it!

I can also speak about my activity in the field of energy because it's more than a job, but rather a way of life...

I like cooking as well, especially for guests ;-) I can prepare some dishes but I have to improve myself, for example by discovering recipes from other countries ! ;-)
