ABOUT ME

I am French expat' here in Bristol for a good amount of time. I am quite curious and I am keen in meeting up new people and discovering new places, here and there.
I enjoy outdoor activities (mainly hiking/climbing and bouldering I'm rubbish at that one though)) by any weather, as well as indoor drinking (by any weather as well, of course).
When I am not being a nerd I also love listening to live music (I kinda like everything when it comes to live music, but my heart goes to groovy and soulful stuff).
Obviously, as a stereotypical Frenchman, cooking and baking takes a lot of time in my life, just as much as eating!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Even though everybody tells me how great couchsurfing is, I actually never took time to try it, yet!
Right now I can't really host, I would like to use CS to meet open-minded people around Bristol.

兴趣

As I said, I enjoy cooking and baking a lot, and if I can share, that's even better! I like to cook stuff that is simple and not too fancy, and just spend a looot of time eating, drinking and having a good time with friends.
I also did some wine-tasting back in France and I try to put that into getting the best out of simple stuff.

I use to go the gigs all the time and lots the habit (moving to a new city without knowing the cool places doesn't help) and I'd like to change that!

I still hike/trek quite a bit (and I hope I will see those legendary Welsh peaks soon) but I still to discover the surroundings of Bristol. Also, since I joined the UK I started playing rugby, which I really enjoy!

I don't read a lot of fiction, I am afraid, as I a follow a lot of present politics (booooring).

In terms of music, my playlists change a lot every day (from soul/funk/jazz to trip-hop to indie rock and blues, a sprinkle of electronic music and, of course, some chanson française!).

With movies and series, I am quite easy-going but I do like some weird underground stuff some times.
