About Me

I'm very open-minded person and I'm able to find a common language with anybody. Also, for me there is no bad topics to talk about. I like to talk about something serious or just to have fun. It would be totally subjective if I'll write one more word about my personal characteristics. So, as a historian I can't allow this:)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I adore to communicate with people, especially with people from other countries. It's making my life more interesting and my personality more multifaceted. Wondering why I hadn't use CS from the beginning of my trips abroad.

Music, Movies, and Books

I prefer rock music, but I'm open to different ganres. My favourite bands are Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Radiohead, Artic Monkeys and Placebo.
I'm a big fan of cinematography, not just because I like spending my free time watching movies, but because I like to get new knowledges about a history of cinematography, cinema techniques etc. My favourite movies are "The Lives of Others", "The Artist", "Boyhood", "Schindler's List", "The Pianist", "Dogville", "12 angry men", "The Grand Budapest Hotel" and many others.
On my opinion there is only one thing better than movies - and it's literature. I can discuss books for a long time and not being tired. My favourite books are "The Fall" by Camus, "The Grass Harp" by Capote, "Of Human Bondage" by Maugham, "The Idiot" by Dostoyevsky, "Arch of Triumph" by Remarque, "1984" by Orwell, "The Gift" by Nabokov and "War and Peace" by Tolstoy.
