Travelling means for us meeting new people and feeling the athmosphere of the place.

ABOUT ME

Hi, we are calm and friendly pair. We like travelling very much, but preffer staying more time at one place to get to know not only a little of the monuments but also to know better the people and the atmosphere of the locality and to have time to fall in love with the place, not to run across the cities and countries and, in fact, not remember anything.
We are a bit "slow": sometimes we need more time to start to feel well in the foreign country, we like to see everything well, from all sides, to walk slowly and try to remember every feeling, sight and movement when we are at an unknown place.
We are friendly and if somebody needs help we will always try to give him/her a hand.

PHILOSOPHY

we like to LIVE. And it´s very important for us to feel we are living, not only surviving. So it´s good to pack our bags and go to another place because it is one of the possibilities how to grapple with the stereotypes.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Romana participated a lot in CS community in Buenos Aires, while she was on her studies there. Now we can finally host you in the shared flat in Brno, Czech republic. It is a very nice place, a big student´s city with many monuments and pubs. And there aren´t so many tourists like in Prague. Just come and see.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We had a possibility to know many great persons through CS and some of them became our good friends. We like the "groups" because there can be discussed any problem you have. But sometimes we feel that this "programme" is a bit superficial because some people only need some place to stay and aren´t really interested in any other things related with it. However, it is the same in the life: you will certainly meet many people but only a few of them will become the real friends.

Interests

Romana: I stopped teaching Spanish in my free time, so now I can fully dedicate to dancing (flamenco, ballet, modern/jazz dance),jogging, reading Haruki Murakami, going on trips at weekends, being with my friends, trying interesting receips for cooking...
Jan: I like photography and taking photographs wile travelling. But not only this.

Romana: Son dos cosas que aprecio mucho en mi: baje un monte en patines y me hice las maletas y me fui completamente sola para Buenos Aires.
