ABOUT ME

Whew! That's difficult to answer. But I will try. At first I can be rather quiet and shy. I need some time to open up. But that doesn't mean I'm not interested. I'm always happy to learn something new and to get to know the people around me and learn something about there way of thinking. I'm very tolerant and helpful. Once I open up I am vivid and sometimes a bit crazy person. I laugh a lot and I'm positive-thinking and quite spontaneous. But I can be very thoughtful as well. Actually I have a lot of facets and it's quite hard to describe me in just a few words. It's easier when people just find out themselves. ;-)

PHILOSOPHY

Live and let live. Everybody should live their live the way they want it and not be forced doing things just because others want it. And therefore everyone should respect other people and their ways of living. There doesn't have to be any fighting as long as we respect each other and listen to each other without judgment.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had some really wonderful experiences so far. I mainly surfed in Finland. I love this country and it was always interesting to meet people from the country and get an insight view of Finland. Through that I had some very interesting and touching conversations and made new friends. My hosts were always very welcoming and showing me around. There were surely a lot of things I've done that I wouldn't have experienced without couchsurfing - for example a boat trip on the Saima lakes.

兴趣

I love reading and listening to music. I love to make long walks and explore the area around me. Spending time at or on or in the water is also always great. And I'm very interested in other people. I love to find out how they live their life, how they feel and think. Therefore it's no wonder that I love to learn more about other cultures and mentalities. I'm also always happy to learn more about history and other languages (that's why I studied history and English...). Psychology is also something I deal with in my spare time.

As I'm absoltuely addicted to these three things it's hard to name any favorites. I'm always glad to enjoy any good movie or book and it surely is one of the easiest things to excite me with music. So if you have anything to recommend feel free to do so. :)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Whew! Another difficult question. There have been a lot of interesting things I've seen so far. And I still hope there are more to come. Which have been the most amazing moments? One definitley was a boat trip in the Atlantic Ocean. The boat crew was searching for dolphins. It was such a great moment to see dolphins in natural surroundings.
Another moment was on top of the World Trade Center. I was just a young child but I still remember the sight. The third great moment I had was with a skiff on a small lake in Finland. It was all quiet and just nature around us. I guess I've never been so relaxed in my life.

I can teach you something about German history and share with you my knowledge on English linguistics. And I can teach you to sing and to use your voice properly and some piano playing.

Anything I can learn about other countries and cultures will be much appreciated.
