我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I took a backpacking through Europe in winter without knowing how to speak good English. I spent 50 days through the Old World and learned very thing. Then I went to Africa and came across one of the world that most people still do not know either through books, much less television. Meet Europe without speaking good English and go to a region that never appears in "mainstream media" for me was amazing. Today I speak English reasonably.

Volunteer work at an agency called AFS exchanges. AFS is a non-governmental, non-profit promoter of peace, founded in 1956, which helps build a world solidarity through cultural exchanges between the people.The AFS acts in promoting intercultural learning through exchange cultural contacts between peoples, especially for youth who wish to study or work abroad voluntarily, the formation of a network of volunteers committed to the values of the institution, with the development of citizenship and to building a world. Through this volunteer work've met great people and could contribute to the cultural exchange in my city.
