I’ve been traveling for 24 years :)

Although I’ve studied performing arts in Tehran university of art , I’m a meditation instructor..I’d trained in yoga pathshala school - Kathmandu , Nepal..and now I hold retreats and courses based on MBSR and mindfulness

I love to make communication with people and listen to them about their thoughts and their attitude about the truth of life.

I love travelling all around the world and learn new things..

I’m also a sound healing trainee and my main instrument is handpan
