Hello, my name is Romy, I am 26 and currently finishing my studies International Tourism in Breda. I am an enthusiastic, open-minded, social, go with the flow person, hopefully we can find some time to hang out and to get to know each other a little better!

For now I hope to still travel and surf a bit around Europe, and maybe next year I can host you in Chile! :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I do not have any CouchSurfing experience yet (through this website) but I heard great stories about it and can't wait to explore it myself..

I did surf many couches of friends while visiting them abroad but have never surfed a couch from a complete stranger :) (it´s about time!)

I love to travel, explore different cultures, local cuisine (and wine) and most importantly to get to know the local people and how they live their daily lives..

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I listen lots of different styles but I love old music from the 60's, 70's and 80's, from funky soul to happy disco classics.

I love Spanish movies from Pedro Almodovar! Besides that some old time favorites are Donnie Darko, American Beauty, Broken Flowers and many more... Last film I've seen was the French movie Intouchables, so far one of the best films I've seen this year!

I like to read travel literature, reading about other people's adventures (and dreaming about mine) or thriller novels (Harlan Coben) or funny easy going books (Sophie Kinsella) it can be anything!

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

There are many, the fantastic road trip through Central America, spending Christmas in Finland with a local family and many more, but one experience that was truly amazing was my trip to Easter Island last year, one of the most isolated places in the world, exploring the mysteries of this island with my friends I met at the airport!
