I recently quit my job with the intention to move to a new country for a while.

But for now I'm content to travel around on my motorbike seeing the world and meeting good people.

I've been astonished by the generosity and kindness that strangers are willing to offer on this platform, and when I'm settled somewhere I can't wait to pay that generosity forward.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For now I'm hoping to meet good people as I travel wherever I go. I want to know more about the places I visit than a tourist information centre can tell me. And in the future when I'm able, I will return the favour others are doing for me.

Interests

I flutter between hobbies like a butterfly between flowers. One year it's kayaking, the next its archery, and the next again it's motorcycles.

One thing that never changes is my love for the outdoors. Going for hikes and just being out in nature is my bedrock.

I often feel like I know nothing myself so I can't imagine what I can teach a host. But I'm a curious one with stories to share, and I know how to pick good wine, good beer, and good chocolate.
