Unfortunately mine and my boyfriend's studio apartment is too tiny to host anyone these days :( but I hope we'll have a bigger home soon for hosting!

I'm an American-Israeli traveler (20+ countries) with also some very rusty French, Spanish, and Russian language skills. An economist-turned-dancer but going back to school to get back into international development (i.e. poverty reduction work). I am a people-person (have loved living in group houses, backpacking and sailing with near-strangers, etc.). I believe I am (and continue to strive to be) very friendly, considerate, respectful, and easy to get along with. And I have a few things I can cook pretty well!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When I was in college I hosted a couple of couch surfers (using my roommate's CS account), and it was great! I have yet to actually surf myself, but tons of my friends have and have only had good things to say.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I took a one-way flight to Guatemala and lived there without speaking any Spanish to begin with or having a plan. Was the best decision of my life! Founded a popular women's dance program in the Peten and launched some relief programs for a non-profit organization in Panajachel.
