ABOUT ME

I am an Israeli guy, who likes to travel. A lot. I really enjoy meeting new people and try to learn something from each one. I try not to take myself seriously, what sometimes makes me do retarded things, like jumping from planes or traveling in South America with a chicken. When I have some breaks from life, I always try and go travel. So far I have made several big trips - I have started my traveling in little Israel, when I hiked it from the northern border till the southern border with two friends, a matter of 800km and 50 days. A few months after I went to a 10 months trip to
South Africa and South America. After finishing my first degree, went back traveling, now to India. Life has made me go to school again, so after finishing it I traveled in far east Asia, Scandinavia, India again and now - Eastern Africa. Life is good!

PHILOSOPHY

Life is made from the adventures, excitements, and unusual experiences that you pass. At the end of a period of time, when you look back and think about your life, you remember only in those great moments that you had, rather than yet another regular day. Therefore, I try to fill my life with new adventures and new stories, and do as many spicy stuff as I can.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far I have hosted CouchSurfers from all over the world. Helping a surfer in his trip is a great pleasure. I had the privilege to surf at some really great guys in Scandinavia last year, which was truly an amazing experience.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I have experienced CouchSurfing only from the host side, where my flatmate and I have hosted couchsurfers from all over the world. It is great hosting, since you feel a bit like traveling by yourself, where you meet new people from various places. One of the times we hosted four surfers from different places, and we had to jump over several matresses in order to reach our room...

In the last year, I have done a one month traveling in Scandinavia, and I surfed all of this time in couches of really great people. It was one of the greatest experiences that I had!

兴趣

As you probably know, I like traveling a lot. Besides, I like to do sports, including extreme sports (Snowboarding, Sky diving). In the ordinary days, if I have the time, I play some music, and enjoy myself editing silly movies with friends. When I have the chance, I'll always go doing the thing that will leave a memory. The unusual is far better than the regular.

Israel National Trail - an 800km trek from the northern border of Israel till the Southern border, with two good friends of mine. Took us exactly 50 days of hiking, when we learned by feet the beauty of Israel.

I have some knowledge in computers, and a relatively good handy-man. So if you need to drill a hole or to make a new shelf, I am the man. I am very interested in history and basically everything that happens in the present in the world, so I'll be happy to share.
