Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far and I can truly say that I love having CSurfers. I don't know who benefits the most from the visits, but I think I'm way ahead with my guests so far. I also surfed with my friend Jennie Miller and she's hosted me in San Diego.

Interests

Nature, hiking/camping, mountain biking. I love showing visitors the really cool places here on the "wet" side of the Big Island, and I'm always open to new experiences.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

...one amazing thing...all of them revolve around nature. The most amazing thing this year was hiking out to the edge of the Kilauea caldera and seeing the lake of red hot magma...almost a cool as seeing it pour into the ocean 10 feet away in 2009.
