About Me

CURRENT MISSION

One soup bowl at a time. Maybe two, if I really like it.

ABOUT ME

I love soup! I have recently discovered the joy of a good bowl of Japanese Ramen (I know, I know, it's been around for decades).
I also make my own soup at home. My specialty is this thick, sour broth soup we call "sinigang".
I'm on a quest to find the one soup that I can eat for life. Hahaha!

Anyway, I'm actually introverted but I like meeting people. I just don't talk that much unless talked to. I enjoy just hanging out, listening to good music or watching a gig on-stage, with a good scotch.

People, most of the time, find me intimidating because I'm a fat, bald, biker-looking dude with a 'stache. But that's just the surface. I can really scare more. Hahaha! Don't worry, I'm harmless 'coz I can barely move and can be easily distracted with food. ;P

I'd love to travel more and learn different cultures, meet new people, and discover more about myself through the different adventures.

I have two lovely daughters whom I hope will have more great travels in their lifetime.

PHILOSOPHY

You can judge the man by the book cover, but only God can make a tree.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I CAN HELP

I can host a person or two in my spartan home. I would be more than happy to take you around town and tell you the wonderful (and even the dark, hidden and underground secrets) stories of Manila. If you like food trips, that would be even better.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Pretty new here. Just hosted one and took a cool couple around some places of interest. :) Will be hosting more since I moved into a new place.
