I'm a Christian, a musician, a lover of art, music, travel, movies, books and tea.

I live with a number of chronic illnesses, but try not to let it ruin me. I love beards and tattoos probably too much. I have some beautiful people in my world. I adore my family, I'm ridiculously close to my mum and I'm beyond honoured and priveledged to be an Aunty to 4 beautiful people. Although my body limits the adventures I can go on, I live vicariously through adventures of the lives shared with me by people such as Markus Zusak, Jon Krakauer, Winston Groom, John Green, Enid Blyton, Francis Chan, Rainbow Rowell, Julie Murphy, Suzanne Collins, Jodi Picoult, Francine Rivers and so so many more.

I am a firm believer that life is meant to be done with others. Ask me questions, I'm an open book.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For me, visiting a country isn't just about the sites. I want to get all I can from an experience. I don't just want to see a country, but I want to experience it for all it has. This included the culture and its people.
In return, I want to be that person for people visiting here.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to Uganda for three months and ran an Orphanage with 65 rescued child soldiers and sex slaves.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share an openness to what they have to show me or teach me. I'm a respectful person who understands personal space, boundaries, and individual hosts needs. I'm pretty low maintenance. Keen to meet some people!
