CURRENT MISSION

Achieve a first class degree whilst continuing to improve my writing skills. Then, after saving a sufficient amount of money I want to jet off and return when I feel like I have had a long break from England.

ABOUT ME

Currently living in the aptly named city of steel - Sheffield - where I study sport Development at Hallam University. Aspiring sports journalist who recently worked at the Sochi 2014 Olympics. I caught the travel bug in 2013 when I ventured across Europe for six weeks with two hombres. Ginger and proud.

PHILOSOPHY

This is something that I have recently discovered. I have realized a lot in the last few months that I want to get out and explore the world. I don't want to wake up one day and have regrets from when I was younger. I have also realized in life that you get out of it what you put into it. This is why I am working hard at University to try and get the most out of my time here. Despite the general perception that your first year at Uni is party time and 'you only need to pass' I believe that this is wrong and I am trying to work my hardest so that opportunities can arise from it. An example being a trip to Sochi to volunteer during the Winter Olympics in 2014. This is something I would love to do and I'm determined to work hard to try and get this opportunity.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Things that I have seen that are amazing could include Niagra Falls, the CN tower as well as seeing Mt Blanc in France.
Things I have done that I class as amazing could be playing at an Under 14 Wimbledon event, and beating players who have played at Junior Wimbledon.
