ABOUT ME

After travelling around Europe for 5 months last year, its time to hit up the USA and Canada. Will be leaving Australia on the 23rd of July and as I only have a one way ticket, not sure when I'll be back. Looking forward to catching up with all my American friends and making new ones. The rough plan is to travel America for 3 months before heading to Canada to work and then make my way down to Brazil for the World Cup in 2014.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosted a lot of people whilst in Melbourne, at one stage there was 10 of us in a 3 bedroom house. Was crazy and hectic but loved it!! Have had so many wonderful times hosting people and have even made a couple of lifelong friends in the process, couchsurfing has been good to me!

I have read a lot of books but I would have to say that my top 3 would include Fierce Invalids Home From Hot Climates by Tom Robbins, A Burnt Out Case by Graham Greene & On The Road by Jack Kerouac. I am also interested in films and have a large collection of dvds. Favourite films would have to include Donnie Darko, Garden State, Flying High, In Bruges, Napolean Dynamite, Princess Mononoke and Wedding Crashers. My music ranges from Phoenix, The Pixies, Smashing Pumpkins, Interpol, Broken Social Scene, Gnarls Barkley, At The Drive In, etc.
