ABOUT ME

Finished my university degree in 2006, and spent six months travelling around Latin America. I came back to Australia and got a 'proper' job but have realised there is still so much more of the world that I want to see. just finished 6 weeks travelling around China which I loved...it is so much more than the big polluted cities that is the common idea of what china is like. Im now in Europe which is a big culture change. I much rather get to know a country`s people than sightseeing so I see couchsurfing as a good way to do this

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Ive only just heard about cs but i think its a great idea...sometimes when you do the backpacking circuit you only tend to socialise with a certain type of people and its hard to get to know the local culture. I think i`m a fairly socialable person who can get along with most people easily. Im hoping to travel for the next 6 months at least but I´d be happy to host when I get back to Sydney.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Well I have been surfing now for the last 6 weeks and it has been great...I've met so msny different types of people and have never felt lonely even though I have been travelling by myself
