Hey! I'm Rose, a part time traveller, musician, and Forest Fire Fighter from Toronto, Canada.

I have a degree in Landscape Architecture, and currently work as a Forest Fire Fighter. With my work, there is always a possibility I will be sent to a fire and unable to host, so I will usually have to say 'maybe' to a request to stay and confirm the day of.

In my off time I like to travel as much as possible. I have driven a motorcycle across Vietnam, learned to sail off the beaches of Cambodia, explored the ocean floors doing my open water scuba diving in Thailand, learned prayer in Indonesia and trekked for 28 consecutive days through lost villages and endless mountains in the Nepalese Himalayas. My favourite trip i spent 4 months backpacking solo through South America where I fell in love with the Peruvian Andes and have since returned to complete another 4 multi day treks. I have travelled to the very east and west of Canada and am always looking for new adventures.
