Vendéenne d'origine, j'ai fait ma Licence de médiation culturelle à Paris puis au Canada, entre le Québec et l'Ontario à Gatineau. L'année en échange que j'y ai vécu m'a permis d'apprendre beaucoup sur moi, de découvrir à quel point j'aime vivre dans un pays étranger et que j'aime rencontrer des gens de partout !

À mon retour du Canada, je suis allée faire un service civique à Lyon, dans une association appelée La Légumerie, avec laquelle j'animais des ateliers de cuisine participatifs et de jardinage écologique auprès de publics très variés. Ce fût une année riche d'enseignements qui m'a beaucoup plue. À Lyon, j'ai multiplié les volontariats : j'ai participé à l'organisation d'un village des assos avec Alternatiba, j'ai co-animé des balades de reconnexion à la nature en ville avec une ergothérapeute et j'ai animé quelques ateliers jardinage/découverte de la nature dans une école alternative.

Depuis, je sais que j'aime 1) rencontrer les gens, auprès de qui j'essaie de tirer un apprentissage, et 2) être en contact avec la nature où je peux être fascinée par ce qui m'entoure au quotidien. J'essaie de mêler les deux en faisant du stop, du couchsurfing, du woofing ou workaway ou autre volontariats...

I am a french girl who grew up in the West Coast of France (Vendée). After two years enjoying the cultural effervescence during my licence in Paris, I moved 10 months in Canada, at the border between the Quebec and Ontario regions. This student exchange allowed me to learn a lot about me and how much I love to travel and to meet people from everywhere !
Then, I started a one year civic service in Lyon in an association called "La Légumerie" where I led gardening and cooking workshops. It was a great experience which inspired me a lot ! Since I co-animate with a friend some rides in Lyon to reconnect to the nature in the city by our senses, and some workshops in the nature for children of an alternative school.

About me, I mostly would say that I like to live new experiences, such as wwoofing, workaway or hitchhiking.

Everything around travel, new meetings, making people proud of themselves and natural areas is bringing me joy :)

Movies: the Wes Anderson ones, Le fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain, Mommy, One flew over the Cuckoo's nest... I like also documentaries as Tomorrow from the french directors Mélanie Laurent and Cyril Dion.

Music: I am really open minded about music, I'm listening to a lot of types of music: music of the world, classic, rock and roll, pop, indie, engaged artists (especially in french), electro house and so on. I guess my favorite artist is Gaël Faye.

Books: I usually like to read inpirating books (as the Vandana Shiva ones), fictions as Nancy Huston ones, fictions inspirated by historic facts, as "Le quatrième mur" from Sorj Chalandon.
