Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to live more than the touristic experience. I want to know the local way to live when I travel. In that way, I can know more about the culture or just know how people are different from me.

Interests

I like to hike, to do horsebackriding, to go to museums, to hang out with friends... I like to buy records and go in second-hand stores.

A part of me like oldies: Beatles, Mills Brothers, Frank Senatra, Beach Boys...
But I also like classic rock: Rolling Stones, Janis Joplin, Jimmy Hendrix...
Or modern bands that come from everywhere: First Aid Kit, Black Keys, John Butler, Xavier Rudd...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went volunteering on Thailand for 1 month,it was unforgettable. People were so generous even if they had almost nothing. I think we made a difference. Everyone was so respectful and gentle. The landscpaes were breathtaking and the architecture splendid! I will never forget the sound of insects when I wake up in the morning in the mountains and the taste of fesh mangos and lichee for breakfast.

French is an amazing language so if you want to know some words I can teach you!
I also like to learn other languages so if it would be pleasant to learn about each others culture.
