About Me

The accomplishments I’ve achieved have all been group effort activated. I'm the kind of person that will seek a hand when mine are not enough. Without the people I’ve come across throughout my life, I wouldn’t be here—Literally and figuratively.

I changed careers and left everything I owned in California almost three years ago to come to NYC and start a new career path (a new life) in the culinary world. It was always a dream of mine to own a restaurant, and start a nonprofit that would help underprivileged children around the world, and after many years of compromising my dreams and aspirations I left a relationship of 11 years strong, and a lucrative real estate career to become the best cook I could become, and travel as much as possible to learn from other cultures. The only obstacle was having to grapple with a debilitating autoimmune disease (mctd) that has been trying to break me for the past two years. What I’ve learned is that breaking gets a bad rep. I see it as an acute opportunity to reinvent yourself.

What I Do:

I am a chef by title, managing a catering company that employees refugees who aspire to become chefs and wish to share their culture through their recipes. Currently transitioning to a new phase in my career as a private consultant, helping restaurants, and food businesses with capital growth, and expansion.

The way I live my life:

Just treat others as you would like others to treat you.
