Hi my name is Rosemary and I'm an easy-going 23 year old from Seattle! I've long loved traveling and moving to new countries and immersing myself in different communities. I started traveling independently from a pretty young age, making trips to Europe and China in high school and throughout college. Right now I'm traveling through China and Taiwan practicing Mandarin (which I started studying at 13!!!), relaxing, and helping out where I can.

Generally I have so many hobbies and interests I can't find time for them! I absolutely love to cook and bake, I also love making art and knitting and dancing and reading and watching films! I love to learn and chat and share meals with others as much as I love to spend time with myself creating art and reading books.

I've been learning Chinese for nearly a decade now, and can definitly communicate what I need to and have simple conversations, but I want to spend this year in China an Taiwan (before returning to grad school) to improve my Chinese. I'm madly in love with the language - as well as the art and the culture and the people of course.
