HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Stayed with some wicked people in Bordeaux recently but have no home at the moment so can't host anyone.

Interests

I'm interested in eating, drinking and snowboarding. I love the beach and playing with big kites and boards. I play the flute (quite well) and the saxophone (quite badly). I am writing a kids' book at the moment which is taking much longer than i expected...!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love music especially dub, reggae, ska, punk and any combination of the above. I like a lot of old indie music, blues, roots, bluegrass, drum and bass err....and other stuff.

I don't watch a lot of films but if you ever get the chance to watch one called 'Little Otik' do it!

I love sci-fi and fantasy books especially Phillip Jose-Farmer and Isaac Asimov. Thomas Pynchon is another favourite and Hunter S Thompson too.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I walked round Mount Kailash this year. It's a holy mountain in Tibet for Buddhists, Janines, Bon-po and Hindus and the pass is at 1, 750ft/ 4, 500 metres. It was blo*dy amazing!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you to speak Welsh, the most useless language on the planet! I could teach you the flute or saxophone if you came to my house. I could teach you to snowboard if there was any snow..!
