About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to learn Spanish!

ABOUT ME

I grew up in Oakland, California and now I live in Brooklyn. I moved to New York for college where I studied history and gender studies. I've lived in New York for over six years now. That seems like a long time, right? I can definitely give you some good recommendations on what to do in the city. I love nature (especially the redwoods in Northern California), but I'm really a city girl at heart.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I mostly host people, but I want to travel more soon!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed for the first time on my trip to New England. Since then I've couchsurfed all the way across the US and throughout Europe. I am consistently amazed by how generous and welcoming people can be. I enjoy hosting people because I love sharing my city with new people.

Interests

Biking, trying new foods, history, feminism, flea markets, museums, breakfast burritos, crossword puzzles, arts and crafts. It's also a personal goal of mine to go to all 50 states.
