HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love meeting new people and living like a local while I discover the place they call home, and I'm equally keen to welcome travellers, waifs and strays into my hometown, Brighton (if you haven't been yet, it's COOL)

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach you to cook (I have the best kitchen for this - it's the heart of the home and my favourite room)
I'm also a qualified Nia instructor (a wonderful holistic fusion fitness practice which blends dance, martial arts and yoga to world music - it's totally feel-good)
I love learning languages so I welcome people of all nationalities to teach me some of their mother-tongue!
