ABOUT ME

Well I've just graduated from Stirling university with a degree in Philosophy. Instead of entering the adult world I've decided to move home, save up some cash, and travel as much as possible. I hope to go to California in the summer of 2013 then I'll see what happens! If you live or plan on travelling to California around the same time then get in touch as I have no set plans or people to go with. I'm friendly, enjoy new people and new experiences, and love live music.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm living at home with my mum just now so unfortunately cannot host, however when I get my own place I plan to. I'm a quick bus or train away from Edinburgh though so if I'm not working I am able to show surfers around.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't personally had any yet but hopefully this will change soon. I've met a few surfers through my friend who hosted at university.

Interests

I like socialising with friends and meeting new ones, going out and having drinks and showing the world my awful dance moves, I love live music whether it be concerts or festivals.

Music, Movies, and Books

It sounds cliche but I enjoy a bit of everything. Music wise I've been listening to a lot of Jimmy Eat World, New Found Glory, Frightened Rabbit, Lady Gaga, and I like some drum and bass before a night out! I'm currently reading A Game of Thrones which I was peer pressured into but I'm glad I was. Some of my favourite films include I Am Sam, The Story of Anvil, I Love you Man, Pulp Fiction. I also love nature programmes like Blue Planet, and pretty much any decent documentary.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This sounds quite boring but my whole four years of university was amazing. I haven't travelled much apart from short holidays so I hope to see a lot more amazing things in the near future.
