I'm a 28 years old girl, loving to travel.
I have been a self educated chef in the Botanical garden in Copenhagen for the past 4 years, but I'm also doing catering, and I'm starting up my own organic food truck business this summer.
I'm a very curious person, loving to make bonfires, building things and I'm still climbing trees. I'm a little nerdy, and love antiques and fashion.
95 % of my time, I'm spending on beeing happy and laughing.
No matter how hard I'm trying to sleep in the morning I'm waking up around 6.30 if there is light outside:/ I'm pretty independant, and i actually love to travel on my own. I don't really match in any box, and i prefer to keep it that way;)

Because I love too cook and learn about food, plus opening my own food truck, 2015 is the year where I'm traveling for inspiration. And eating my way through a lot of food festivals and countries:D

Smiling to people. And i'm doing it every day;)
I'm doing something good for people every day, no matter if they are foreigns, friends, family or co-workers. For me I have don something amazing, if it makes the other one smile and/or helps them.
