ABOUT ME

Despite my age I am easy going, uncomplicated and love sharing what I have ie the house that the bank still owns. I hang out on couches in the many share houses that my sons have lived in - at Canberra, Melbourne and Perth (sons and friends ages late twenties to thirties)and they all love to have me back.

Sooo.. even or particularly if you are young please share my house for a few weeks. I love the company of people who are doing something a bit different and have stories to tell about their adventures. ( I have a few of my own to share).

PHILOSOPHY

The glass is always half full... be happy and enjoy life with the minimum carbon footprint and minimum hassle to others.

Hosted a number of young people, mostly singles, one couple. Various nationalities - German, American, Japanese, Italian so far.

Books - biographies and real life stories in particular... but any well written book. Not really into sci-fi

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Rode a push bike from Canberra to Melbourne through Snowy Mtns - on my own, camping out- 700 kms.
