Overview
About Me
Economics researcher, mom of 8 fur-babies, and lives with husband in village near to Prambanan Temple.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I wanna connect with new friends from different countries as I am keen to experience local culture, behavior, food, etc. I have traveled a lot these past 7 years, mostly stay in a dorm to connect with others, making friends. I have so many closed and very good friends from traveling (mostly from dorm hostel). However, my experience in Cambodia elevated the whole story. I stayed in a house owned by very sweet and humble couple in the countryside: this is my first experience ballot (egg with baby chicken in it). I was so shocked at first, but it was their culture to welcome a guests in their house. It was a welcoming dinner, so happy.

Music, Movies, and Books
So many songs in my Apple music playlist (it varies from 70s, 80s, 90s, 20s, and lately run to Birds of Feather so much and Faye Webster’s songs). Binge-watch movies and dramas, went to cinema even though not that often. After a while, make a routine and disciplined myself to read fiction and growth book (balance my journal and research paper daily routine).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
God has done in me, not me. Part of policy and regulation makers for inclusivity of persons with disability(Es) and elderly in Indonesia. Got so many opportunities for the International conferences as speakers, panelist, poster presentations, etc. Most countries I visited due to research presentations. The Goodness of God.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am kinda considering to continue my doctoral degree in near future and taking another course in the term of counseling or psychology. Love to listen to others and be present for others.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can do household tasks and I raised by Batak mother (which so strict about tidiness and responsibility), I will appreciate the new experiences as I believe everything is in God plan. Also, I can be friend when you need to talk to,
