Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I won a competition back home in Johannesburg and the prize was a trip to the Facebook F8 conference in San Jose, California.

I decided to extend my stay by a week to explore California, plan to road trip down the coast!

I was introduced to Couchsurfing by an avid traveler I work with back in Johannesburg and I thought I'd give it a try! He has been known to Couchsurf for 3 months at a time!
