Ermm all round nice guy?

I'm Ross! English living in Greenwich and working at Oxford Circus, both in London.

I can't host at the moment. The flat is just too small to accommodate guests. On occasions where my flatmate is away I will offer to surfers in need of somewhere to crash but its only on rare occasions I get the chance. Sorry. If you want a tour guide or any tips then please do ask. I love London and especially Greenwich.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've only surfed once on my only solo trip to date in Germany and my first host cancelled on me the day before arrival but my next host was lovely and a really good host.

I mostly use couchsurfing now to speak to locals about their city and see if they have any tips for me. I'm a serial planner so like to do my research beforehand.

Interests

Sports. All sports but mostly football, cricket, ice hockey and MMA.

Documentaries. Nature mostly. Or history. I watched this one on rock climbing recently called Valley Uprising. It's class.

Travelling, of course ;)

Music: Stereophonics,
Libertines, Arctic Monkeys, Vaccines.

Movies: City of God, American Beauty, Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, Anchorman.

Books: The Housekeeper: Love, Death and Prizefighting, A Long Way Gone, Escape from Camp 14, Mr Nice and Tyson's autobiography.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Not sure if its amazing but some cool things....

I visited four of the seven wonders of the world (Petra, Machu Piccu, Chichen Itza, Christ the Redeemer) and plan to do all seven at some point.

And have been to some big football matches (Milan derby, Rio state playoffs and followed England for the Euros avoiding all nonsense fighting).

Floating in the dead sea was pretty cool too.
