ABOUT ME

I like hiking, camping, white water rafting, rowing, love snorkeling & swimming and traveling and recently, wakeboarding! Ohhhh i love seeing lots of colorful and different species of fish and sea creature. I did leisure diving for a few times though diving may not be really for me as am not really very good in swimming and tend to feel uneasy about underwater pressure & breathing limitation. hehehe Yeah, but I did try diving. Who knows?! I maybe able conquer this fear of mine about being underwater and go for a full padi course. I like exploring places wherein there's lots of animals to see. I am easily fascinated with animals & people, too! hehehe esp. animals that are not commonly seen in my own country or any interesting animals that I've never seen before. I'm from the Philippines but I've never seen a tarsier yet(yeah shame on me!). That should be one of my next missions. lol

I love hearing travel stories. This inspires me a lot to continue dreaming of travelling least one country at a time. Visit a new place I've never been. Meet people and learn about their culture. Share my culture with them and of lil travelling I've done myself. =)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Latest one was in August 2010 when I attempted the day hike to Mt.Kinabalu in Sabah,Malaysia. I didn't get to go to the summit as the gate was already closed when I reached Laban Rata. But the view from Laban Rata was great enough. =) It was a nice hike though and a test to my endurance. hehehe Next time I go there, I would make sure to do the 2-day hike so I could reach the summit.

White water rafting in Padas River, Kota Kinabalu! The exhilarating experience of an extreme moment and at the same time trying not to drown when our raft capsized! Wow! The strong rapids was one of the amazing experiences I would never forget! =) I was btw caught under the raft and tried to swim away from beneath. You may youtube Padas water rafting and see for yourself and you wouldn't wanna miss on this when you're in Kota Kinabalu,Malaysia.
