Hi! I’m Rovelyn from the Philippines 🇵🇭

I love traveling because it lets me understand how people live in different parts of the world. Instead of just seeing places, I enjoy experiencing cultures, trying local food, learning a few words of the language, and hearing people’s stories.

Professionally, I work remotely as an implementation consultant for a US software company, which gives me the flexibility to explore new places while working. Before that, I worked as an engineer and later moved into remote work.

When I travel, I enjoy simple but meaningful things: walking around beautiful cities, visiting historic places, hiking in nature, trying local desserts, and finding cozy cafés. I also love pastries, ice cream, ramen, matcha, and discovering must-try local dishes.

I’m easygoing, respectful, and curious about different cultures. I enjoy conversations about travel, life experiences, and learning how things work in other countries. I’m always happy to share stories about the Philippines or cook Filipino food if there’s a kitchen!
