I am a singer/guitarist and I also write poetry, I play Bob Dylan & Johnny Cash songs and I also play my own songs. I came to Victoria to from Errington(middle of Vancouver Island) to play music, to get gigs and to generally test the waters with my music.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing because I don't have a place to stay in Victoria, I have been staying at hostels and friend's houses. I also can't afford a place of my own right now or to stay at the hostel's any longer, I have been looking for part time work but that has not yet been fruitful. I have also heard great things about Couchsurfing and being a traveling musician I think this site would be great for me.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite musician's/bands are The Doors, Bob Dylan, Johnny Cash, Jimi Hendrix, Robert Johnson, Bob Marley, Elvis, Kris Kristofferson and I could on and on but I think you get the picture. My favourite authors are Jack Kerouac & HP Lovecraft. Some of my favourite movies are "They Live", "The Matrix" and essentially all of Stanley Kubrick's films.
