I'm a 30 year old sound effects editor from Wellington, New Zealand. I work in the film industry. I moved to London in 2015 to get a taste of life on the other side of the world.. the bigger and more hectic side! I'm loving it so far and I've only just got here really!

I'm usually working too much for my own good, but it's time I make use of London being so close to Europe and time I make use of London being so full of different people!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing seems like a better way to travel for a hundred reasons but mainly to meet people and get an idea of a new place from an insider's perspective.. I'm not really one for visiting the postcard spots so much.. I'd rather scratch a little beneath the surface!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hmmmm.. that's a hard one as it's hard to blow your own trumpet!

In terms of fun or adrenaline I did a high bungy jump which scared the sh*t out of me a few years back.. but I'd really say the most amazing thing I've done is live through a few really hard times and come out on the other side stronger for it.
