Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I haven't had much experience yet but I'm hoping to host soon for the first time. Especially since we have such great festivals in Montreal, I think everyone should have the opportunity to experience my city during the summer :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed a few times in Brazil, it was a very different experience than staying with tourists. I really look forward to doing it again and hosting myself. I have done homestays which are a lot of fun and the best way to learn a language.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I stayed in a cloud forest in the north of Nicaragua, in a village that isn't on most map and only accessible by 3 hours of dirt road. I drank coffee and ate bananas from the backyard. And best of all, I ended up there totally by coincidence :)
