After a few years of studying in Glasgow, and travelling back and forth between France, Scotland, Russia and Germany, I've recently moved to Le Havre. I don't know many people here yet, so would be happy to meet up!

My best experiences visiting new cities have been with locals -- I think you can miss out on a lot if you're just relying on guidebooks or your instincts.
I love having friends from all over the place and being able to compare our cultures and languages, it makes for fascinating conversations :)

兴趣

I'm passionate and fairly nerdy about languages/linguistics. I like walking around cities and the countryside. Music, films, books! Also food.
I seem to have started a postcard collection, I like sending and receiving them (send me one?).

I listen to lots of different kinds of music and am generally rubbish at listing my favourites.
I think Bulgakov's Master and Margarita is a brilliant book, I also love Christa Wolff's rewriting of Medea, and Terry Pratchett's Discworld series is a great comfort-read. (I am similarly not great at listing things I've read and enjoyed)
