Most of my life I have been involved in mining construction and have an electrical trade backgound.
I live on 5 acres in the mountains near to Brisbane. The 5 acres was cleared by me and I established the gardens and landscaping. The water supply (rainwater) and sewerage treatment plant on the property were designed and installed by me with various trades assisting. Two small dams or ponds provide irrigation water for the garden. Power and phone is provided by the authorities.
Being a very practical person, I do most of the maintenance on the house, property and vehicles myself.
There are a few cars in my garage, a Jimny 4WD, an Astra Turbo model, and a Kia. Plus I have ride on mower, and small tractor to assist with garden maintenance. SO I manage to keep myself busy!
I also keep a few bee hives .
There is a large bird life in and around the area, and some wallaby (No Koala or Kangaroo)
