Hey, I'm Roy! As you can see on my profile, I was born in Jerusalem and grew up in a Moshav (a kind of a modern village) in south Israel. I'm 23 (soon to be 24) years old and now live and study in Be'er Sheva. As well as being a student for a bachelor degree in Computer Science, I also work as a software developer in a startup company in Hertzeliya.

Basically, experiencing a country is an overwhelming experience on its own; but the idea of doing so with someone who lives there - that's huge on a whole new level. For the past two years I've been spending at least a month each year travelling abroad, and next time I would really like to spend a couple of days with a cool person who can show me around. Meanwhile, me and my lovely girlfriend are considering hosting people at our house in Be'er Sheva, since we have come to learn that travelling together with a friend from another country lets you experience your own homeland from a very unique and different prespective.
