ABOUT ME

Quick facts for hosts: Vegetarian, Non Smoker, Can sleep on anything, overly talkative, bad cook (but I do try!), good at cleaning and fixing random items around the house. I love to walk around cities in the middle of night and take photos (which means getting back late/early sometimes).

I first started travelling when I was 19, and have been backpacking on and off ever since. Having visited multiple countries in every continent except Antarctica... damn you Antarctica... one day I will find you and I will conquer you!

I'm a science/tech/computer nerd, I love outdoors and adventure and give *almost* anything a try, always on the outlook for new adventures.

I am out to meet people, have fun, have an adventure and learn and try new things at the same time.

To make life hard for everyone (especially me!), I am a strict vegetarian :)

I joined up as I thought this sounded like a great idea to meet new people, and get into the every day life and culture of different places. And it has been perfect!

Bit of everything.
I watch Movies more than read. I thought travelling would give me plenty of time to actually do some reading but instead I am always busy travelling and chatting with CS'ers!
I listen to music constantly but have no idea of bands/genres/names of songs or any useful information.
TV Shows: Top Gear!!! Firefly, Coupling, Entourage, How I met your mother, Clerks Animated Series, Old Futurama.

* Pulling off an epic prank where I had my photograph displayed in the Tate Modern, London, along side Picasso, Andy Worhol and Monet.
* Organised Istanbul No-Pants Subway ride which received police attention and plenty of media attention. * Solo Dirt biking through remote Thailand and Cambodia.
* Volunteering and working with pumas and jaguars in Bolivia.
* Paragliding mini-cross country in South Africa
*Being arrested and held in various prisons and cells for 7 days in Egypt during the revolution
* Hiking and encountering wild lions in Zimbabwe
* Convincing police in Rome not to arrest me after going 'swimming' in one of their famous public fountains.
* Flying a stunt plane and performing loops, stalls, rolls, etc over the Illawarra in Australia
* 7 days Kayaking and Camping down the Murray River in Victoria, Australia* Leading a team of 4 on a 147m rock climb at Arapiles, Australia
* Swimming 1 on 1 with a whale shark off the coast of Mozambique for a solid hour.
* Not dying when discovering a pool that makes up part Victoria Falls, Zambia
* I have been detained/held/questions by police in 9 countries. Normally for trespassing/being somewhere I shouldn't.
