Traveling is my passion. I like to study cities and enjoy experiencing all they have to offer. I take those experiences and share them with others through my words and photography.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm laid back, love to eat and drink, experience cities for all their worth, and learn about the people that make those cities what they are (including those great CouchSurfers).

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've used CouchSurfing a decent amount while traveling in the U.S. and overseas, and I absolutely love it. I really enjoy meeting other CouchSurfers and learning about their story even if I can't stay with them. I am very willing to host, but I am also hoping to meet others on my travels.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I still feel like I am new to CouchSurfing, but at this point I have covered quite a bit. I have hosted several people, surfed with several people, and I have met with others for food or drink while they are in the same place as myself.

Interessi

I love cities. I am very interested in politics and public policy, but my passion is traveling. When I travel I enjoy exploring cities and experiencing their local flavor (food and beer). When I finish traveling, I share my photographs and write about my experiences.

I've been inside the fortification walls for Hiraklion, Greece; seen the border between North and South Korea; and I went to the 110th floor observation deck in the World Trade Center one month before 9/11.

I love cities and know quite a bit about how cities function and operate. I also know a little about photography and writing. I would love to learn more about the city I'm visiting from those hosting (if possible).
