I worked for 3 years as a mechatronics technician in an industrial company. It was good work and I learned a lot but I realized that it was not the right time for a life like this. So I packed my backpack and took a plane to new zealand.

Since my journey started I just found more and more places in the world I want to see. I fall in love with the way of traveling. To work in another country, to really live in a country and get in contact with the locals is just amazing.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

There can't be anything better than getting to know a place from someone who is a local. Meeting locals and having a chance to spend time with them gives you a shortcut to the best experience you could have wished for when visiting a new place. Especially when traveling solo. 

Therefore for me, it is about people, connections, and experiences it brings.  

It just amazes me that whoever you are and what are your characteristics, you have been given an equal chance to meet good people and make great connections and happy memories.
