About Me

I'm most passionate about travel and music.
Lover of animals and switched on kind humans... and of course a nice glass of wine.
Sister to 8, I consider myself quite a down to earth individual who loves a topical or taboo conversation as well as a good old hard laugh.
Australian born and bred, I have been living in the UK for a while now using it as a base to extend my travels.
Whilst I have been working in front of house management for a boutique pub in country england, I have been lucky enough to explore at least one new country every month of 2016.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I will be hitting the road as of June for my next big backpacking adventure and instead of taking the conventional route, I would like to try things a bit different this time and really get the true vibes of the countries I'm traveling in whilst connecting with interesting individuals!
I of course hope to reciprocate the gesture myself one day, when I'm back on home soil.

Interests

surfing (not that I am any good at it), camping, hiking, guitar, singing, writing music, art, nutrition and cooking.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music- I have a very broad taste, virtually anything from psychedelic rock, acoustic, folk, grunge, funk, electronic and yes... I will admit even the odd pop song from time to time. I have a pretty high appreciation for mist genres.

Movies- Something that will make me really think or really laugh! generally doco's or comedy.

Books- Mostly biographical or books based on real events.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

On my trip to Iceland I was lucky enough to snorkel between the tech tonic plates and see the northern lights!
Camping in the Sahara is definately a close second.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach.
If there is one thing I wish I could teach it would be to help people learn to be more compassionate and less egotistical.

Learn.
Hoping to return to studies in 2017 to learn about holistic medicine. Currently learning everyday, constantly about people and the world we live in today.

Share.
A positive outlook on life and the occasional random useless fact or dad joke
