ABOUT ME

dunno what to put here really, I laugh a lot, am nuts in the most positive sense of the word, like to have fun, go out, meet new people, see new places...enjoy life...you get the picture ;)

So far I've lived in four different countries: Germany, Spain, Costa Rica and England but for some reason it's the United Kingdom that I loved most and still do (which you probably wouldn't expect seeing that I spent 8months of my life living in the Carribbean but yes, that's the way it is and probs the reason why I keep coming back to good old England)

Currently I'm doing what in the UK is called PGCE. I'm teaching English and Spanish (year 5 up to A-levels) and am absolutely loving it. Best job ever, at least for me personally. So when I'm not marking exams or preparing lessons for a change, I try to go travelling as much as possible.

I'm outgoing, don't like to stay at home too much and as far as I can tell pretty easy to get along with, but you be the judge of that;-) and of course i do like to go to the pub for the occasional pint :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Haven't participated much yet to be honest, but i'm hoping to meet lots of new ineresting and funny people and maybe even make new friends and most importantly be appreciative and mindful of the fact that somebody you have never met lets you stay on his couch...

As it happens the city of Dortmund, where I currently live, hasn't proved to be that interesting for couch-surfers but I'm hoping to be hosting some people in the very near future. I promise I'll be a good host.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None so far, but am hoping to change that very soon.

Música, películas y libros

Oh there are ever so many, I pretty much watch everything from horror to romcoms but all-time favourites surely are Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Blues Brothers, Lord of the Rings, Terminator, Love Actually, Billy Elliot, Matrix, The Dark Knight, the naked gun etc. (as i said there are ever so many...)

Books: same story---so i'm just gonna list some authors: Nick Hornby, Ken Follett, J.K. Rowling, Stieg Larsson, Stephen Fry, Charles Dickens, Oscar Wilde, Shakespeare, Dan Brown, Joey Goebe

it's the same with music really. I'm not a big fan of heavy metal or rap but apart from that everything from folk music to Queen.

Algo increíble que he hecho

1. 8 month in Costa Rica teaching little kids (too many awesome memories)
2. A year in Newcastle upon Tyne, England...been in love with that country ever since.
