Hello! We are a traveling couple, Maria and Vitaly.
Maria (28) is a photographer, blogger, passionate hiker, and creative soul. Vitaly (37) is a musician, poet, professional chef, and also a big fan of long walks around the city or in nature.
Together we have visited Georgia, Montenegro, Serbia, and plan to travel to South America one day.

We love and are always open to sharing our passions and knowledge with you: Maria will be happy to take your photos — for social media, your portfolio, or just for your family archive; Vitaly can whip up a magical and delicious dinner from a few simple ingredients, and he'll be happy to jam with you if you're a musician!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In principle, it doesn't matter how you help people on their journey — whether you pick up hitchhikers, let travelers stay at your place, or share your food. It's always good for your karma, communication, developing empathy, and spreading kindness in the universe.

Music, Movies, and Books

Maria: I really love Trier, Zvyagintsev, The Sopranos, Breaking Bad

Vitaly: I watched movies and read books until it became completely clear to me, so there's no point in starting this list. Nowadays, I prefer music to all other arts — listening to it, playing it, creating it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Maria: at the age of 20, I secretly moved from my hometown to Moscow—without money or a place to live. And I made it! That decision changed the course of my entire life, and I am proud that I was not afraid of the difficulties, even though I was essentially just a child.

Vitaly: In my 37 years of life, I've done a lot of amazing things, considering that I've always been involved in the most interesting and dangerous stuff and gone where even wolves are afraid to shit. I'd be happy to tell you a couple of stories over tea or beer.

Teach, Learn, Share

Vitaly has been in the culinary business for 17 years, 10 of which he spent as a chef. He can definitely teach you the ins and outs of cooking! He is also a musician and poet, so ask him about it and you'll find yourself involved in a jam session or a fascinating conversation.
Maria has been taking photos for 14 years and is always looking for models to practice with.

What I Can Share with Hosts

As we have already said, we are happy to share our knowledge of cooking delicious food, photography, and music. We will be happy to go for walks and chat, and spend time with your pets :)
