Grew up in a very very very small town in Central NY. NOT NY CITY. I'm talking rural country small farm town. My father is one of 14 and my mother i one of 12. I graduated with 56 students most of which were my 1st, 2nd and 3rd cousins.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I guess its Paying forward, been there, done that, live is too short not to lend someone a hand and if its as simple as allowing people to share space for short term, then so be it. :-) To meet like minded individuals and share life stories and happy thoughts and escape this nightmare of Trump!

Interests

Anything to do with sports, animals or outdoors. I tend to enjoy the simple things in life. I'd rather float on a Pontoon or raft out in the open than be on a cruise ship full of people. Camping in a tent over a luxury hotel.

So many people in the world claim their wealth with what they have, where they live or what they drive. Those are just things.......... I want to strip all that down and meet the real YOU . You dig? lol

Ellen, Big Little Lies , Riverdale, The Originals, The Handmaid's Tale , Voice, Salem, Witches of East End, The Last Kingdom, True Blood, Vampire Diaries, Game of Thrones, so many good series on Netflix, HBO Now, CW and Hulu Plus.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Coached both Boys and Girls Volleyball Teams to State Championships
Helped start up a Rugby Team from scratch
Created and still maintain a Sporting Good Business
Helped nurse my Aging Mother back from a Stroke and broken hip. Just to see my Rock, my Creator, deteriorate right before my eyes, has changed me in so many ways! One can never plan for this, but it opened my eyes and made all those child hood dreams and goals change in a second.

Teach, Learn, Share

I believe that everyone has a story. How incredible our world would be to just take a brief moment and listen and learn from those stories. Being kind to one another along with letting your freak flag fly with out judgment or regret, just think what a wonderful world this could be :-).
